M.e. Cohen has been a professional illustrator since 1983 and in that time he has drawn over 8,ooo illustrations for major publications, worldwide.
M.e is the award winning political cartoonist of the Montclair Times located in Montclair, New Jersey. His daily political cartoons are syndicated through Political Cartoons.com and the Artizan syndicate. The daily political cartoon has appeared in over 100 papers internationally.
Highlights of his career include New York Newsday's long running publication of his editorial cartoon, "Bottom Dollar."; several national awards as an advertising art director for the DMBB agency; teaching his "Smart Art" approach to humorous illustration at the School of Visual Arts in N.Y.C.; and working as an editorial art director for both Business week and People magazine.
Of particular note is his involvement as the illustrator and creative consultant for the Pizza Hut "Book It!" program. During his ten year tenure, its student enrollment more than doubled.
